Return and Refund

For NMD Audio Products

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns are not eligible for discounted or bundle products unless they have factory defects.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition. This includes cables tested by customers, which should show no signs of wear.
  • Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Custom Products: Customized items cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled.

Refunds:

  • Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Sealed Package: Full refund if the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery and proof of shipment is provided.
  • Unsealed Package: Full refund available within 7 days. Returns initiated after this period are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

Cancellations

  • Discounted/Bundle products are not eligible for cancellation. 
  • We accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours. 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and product details.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a prompt replacement or refund.

For Distributed Products (LetShueor)

Returns:

  • Factory Flaws Only: We accept returns only for products with factory flaws.
  • Proof Required: Evidence of the flaw is required for processing a return.
  • Report Promptly: Flaws must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Return Shipping:

  • We cover return shipping costs if the product is confirmed to have a factory flaw.

Cancellations

  • We only accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours. 

Refunds and Replacements:

  • Depending on the specific case, we will either replace the faulty item or provide a refund if a replacement or repair is not feasible.
