NMD Audio is proud to offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all products. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Repairs or Replacement: If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair the defective product or component, or replace it with the same or a comparable product at no charge.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • Damage caused by external factors like weather, electrical outages, or natural disasters.

Claiming the Warranty:

  • To activate the warranty service, please contact our customer support team at info@nmdaudio.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or documentation.
  • You may be required to return the product to us for inspection. Customers are responsible for initial shipping costs; however, if the warranty claim is validated, we will reimburse standard shipping fees.

Limitations:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
  • Any repair or replacement under the warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
