Mist is oriented towards mid to low frequencies with a warm, versatile output , performing well above par in various musical genres. The high density of the sound is a key feature of Mist cable, providing a strong sense of presence. Vocals are thick, delicate, and detailed; instruments are realistically imaged, and the cable's shielding layer further enhances vocal overtone performance. The tuning of high frequencies is darker to reduce harshness, yet extends far enough to create a sense of high-frequency space. Due to the shielding layer, the soundstage is not extremely large, but the background is clean, positioning is clear, and the spatial arrangement of instruments is accurate, vividly restoring the real conditions of recordings.

Mist is using a Litz Type 2 coaxial structure with OCC single-crystal copper shielding layer. The core conductor is significantly thickened, achieving 20.5 AWG. This thickening effectively increases the cable's data capacity, enhancing detail across all frequencies and strengthening soundstage performance . The inner core uses a rare-earth copper alloy, and a mix of 5N single-crystal copper with rare-earth metals for stronger electrical conductivity. The shielding layer uses a crisscross single-crystal copper design, which provides better shielding effects compared to traditional spiral twisted shielding.
